At Nikita Hair Exports, we are committed to providing high-quality human hair products and carefully inspect each order before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality-control reasons, all sales are final.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered to the customer.
Hair products that have been worn, washed, colored, bleached, chemically treated, altered, cut, or otherwise used cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through Nikita Hair Exports are non-refundable. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, the customer is not eligible for a refund due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or any other reason.
3. Order Confirmation
Customers are responsible for carefully checking the product details, including hair type, length, texture, color, quantity, and other specifications, before confirming their order.
Once the order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Quality Concerns
Minor variations in color, texture, wave pattern, length, or appearance may occur because our products are made from natural human hair. Such natural variations do not automatically constitute a defect.
5. Delivery Issues
Customers should inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If the parcel appears visibly damaged, customers are advised to record the condition of the package and contact us immediately.
6. Customer Acceptance
By placing an order with Nikita Hair Exports, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Return & No Refund Policy before completing the purchase.
